About the Director Beth Keller B.A. CMT, Director and CEOBeth Keller is the founder of the Academy of Massage & Bodywork, and the head instructor. Beth is a native of Capac, Michigan. She graduated with high honors from Davenport University in Warren, MI in 1997. Beth holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with majors in Business Management and Marketing. Beth is a Certified Massage Therapist and Instructor. She teaches the core curriculum, including theory, practice and techniques of massage therapy and bodywork, as well as some of the modality classes. Beth is also certified in Acupressure, Aromatherapy, Chair Massage, Ear Coning, Elderly/ Handicap Massage, Prenatal and Infant Massage, Reflexology, Sports Massage, Lymphatic Massage, Holistic Massage, Shiatsu, Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Positional Release, Hot Stone Massage, Body Wraps and Polishes, Self Defense, Reflex Nutritional Analysis, CPR and several energy healing modalities such as Reiki, Medical Intuition and Quantum Touch. Beth's background in Business and in Therapeutic Massage makes her uniquely qualified to direct a well-run massage school, and to teach students both the practice and the business of massage. She is willing and capable to help students develop an individualized plan to finance a massage school education. Beth's commitment to community outreach also provides students many opportunities to practice massage at public events throughout the year. And Beth keeps her own massage skills up-to-date by working on clients in the AMB Massage Clinic. Beth is a devoted mentor to each of her students, and maintains an ongoing relationship with her graduates via employment as professional therapists in the Clinic.
